Online Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Analyst to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting online data to support strategic decision-making and optimize our digital presence. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the dynamic field of digital analytics.
What you'll do :
- Collect and aggregate data from various online platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, website performance tools).
- Ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and organization for effective analysis.
- Analyze digital metrics, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop predictive models for key business objectives, including user behavior forecasting, churn prediction, and conversion rate optimization.
- Build and maintain anti-churn models to identify at-risk users and propose retention strategies.
- Generate actionable insights to enhance digital strategies and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve digital campaigns, user experience, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, content, and IT teams to align insights with business objectives.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to evaluate and enhance online performance.
Who you are :
- Technical training in statistics
- Typical school: Institut national de statistique et d'économie appliquée (Insea) in Rabat
- Ability to design predictive models, data scientist, and/or data analyst profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, digital analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data processing and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and predictive modeling using Python, R, or SQL.
- Hands-on experience in churn analysis, customer segmentation, and recommendation systems.
- Solid understanding of web analytics, digital marketing metrics, and user behavior analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
