Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Tester with a proven track record in e-commerce testing, specifically with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). This role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual capable of creating comprehensive test cases and documentation based on existing acceptance criteria and high-level test scenarios. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing e-commerce designs and front-end developments across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing e-commerce designs, acceptance criteria, and high-level test scenarios.
• Develop detailed and comprehensive test cases covering all possible scenarios and edge cases.
• Execute test cases across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring thorough front-end testing.
• Document test results clearly and concisely, including bug reports and recommendations.
• Work effectively with JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce testing, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce lifecycle (very important)
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed and comprehensive test cases from high-level requirements.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience testing across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.

• Experience with automated testing tools.
