What you’ll do:

• You will join the team of Ict & Operations. and in particular in the business / management warehousing & logistic reporting directly to the Ict & Operations Director.

You will have the opportunity to be involved to the:

• Planning of receipts, storage, and shipments (warehouse management).
• Management of import- export processes including custom clearance procedures.
• Monitoring logistics performance and proposing solutions to optimize processes.
• Coordination of teams (order pickers, warehouse staff) to ensure smooth logistics task management.o Quality control of stocks.
• Implementation and management of inventory control, ensuring stock accuracy and correspondence with IT system stock (ERP).
• Proactive assessment of needed goods, forecast and plan of supplying.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure satisfaction of logistics needs and resolve disputes.
• Development and monitoring of logistics performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous process optimization.
• Management of the relationship with the freight forwarder.
• Leading a team of 5 to 6 people (warehouse staff, etc.).
• Coordination of maintenance of handling equipment and management of workplace safety.

Who you are:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with team management experience.
• You have a master’s degree in in Logistics or equivalent.
• You have excellent knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• You are proficient in English spoken and written.
• You are expert in managing data analysis and various logistics KPIs (Warehouse State, etc.), with related reporting (dashboards, Excel, Power Point).
• You know how to ensure the efficiency of the logistics chain while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
