Marketing Coordinator (Hubspot Specialist)
Role Purpose:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-led marketing initiatives. You will act as the business's primary owner and subject matter expert for HubSpot, optimizing our automation ecosystem to deliver targeted communications, automate customer journeys, and provide actionable insights that support commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership & Marketing Automation
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot across the organization.
Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to support lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales enablement.
Maintain CRM data integrity, managing advanced customer segmentation and database health.
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards within HubSpot to provide clear visibility into marketing performance and ROI.
Evaluate and deploy new HubSpot features to continuously improve operational efficiency.
Multi-Channel Campaigns & Lifecycle Marketing
Plan and execute integrated lifecycle marketing programs (acquisition, cross-selling, and reactivation).
Manage and optimize automated communications across key channels including email, WhatsApp Business, SMS, and website landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing and continuous performance optimization to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Coordinate the development of conversion-focused digital assets, web content, and collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Establish and monitor KPI frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and commercial impact.
Translate database analytics and customer behavior into actionable marketing insights.
Partner with Sales and Leadership teams to align marketing automation with sales pipelines and business goals.
Required Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in Marketing Automation, CRM Management, or Digital Marketing.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Advanced hands-on expertise with HubSpot is mandatory (proven track record in managing workflows, CRM architecture, scoring, and reporting).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategies.
Solid understanding of multi-channel campaign delivery, customer lifecycle mapping, and lead generation.
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Desirable: Experience with WhatsApp Business marketing, B2B/distribution environments, or basic SEO/CMS management.
