To support its continued growth and operational excellence, the company is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Operations Manager to oversee its local IT operations and infrastructure services.
Position Summary
The Infrastructure & Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, security, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure and operational services.
This role oversees infrastructure operations, manages external technology partners, drives operational excellence, and ensures that IT services effectively support business objectives. The position also leads the local IT team while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology services.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations
Lead the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and operational services.
Ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of business-critical systems.
Oversee infrastructure environments, including on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms.
Support infrastructure scalability to meet evolving business requirements.
Maintain high standards of service continuity and operational reliability.
Vendor & Service Management
Select, coordinate, and manage external IT service providers.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
Evaluate vendor performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Coordinate third-party support activities and technical interventions.
Operational Excellence
Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.
Implement best practices across infrastructure management and IT operations.
Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
Promote proactive monitoring to minimize operational risks and service disruptions.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to risk management and business continuity initiatives.
Maintain appropriate documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop the local IT Operations team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support resource planning and performance management.
Partner with business stakeholders to align technology services with operational needs.
Profile
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Technology Services.
Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure within complex environments.
Experience leading operational teams and managing external service providers.
Strong background in infrastructure operations and service delivery.
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Good knowledge of networking, servers, cloud environments, and end-user technologies.
Experience with IT service management principles and operational processes.
Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, and infrastructure governance.
Strong understanding of business continuity and operational resilience.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Languages
