To support its commercial expansion and operational excellence, the company is looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to its commercial teams.
Position Summary
The Commercial Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial operations by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting cross-functional projects.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Administration
Coordinate the administrative processing of commercial documentation and contractual files.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all documentation.
Maintain up-to-date records within internal systems and tracking tools.
Monitor the progress of administrative processes and follow up on pending actions.
Support the preparation and distribution of commercial documents.
Process Coordination
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and operational standards.
Coordinate activities with internal departments to facilitate efficient workflows.
Monitor document circulation and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Documentation Management
Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation.
Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of commercial records.
Maintain data accuracy and document traceability.
Support document control and information management best practices.
Operational Support
Assist the commercial team in coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
Support the preparation of meetings, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
Track action plans and follow up on project deliverables.
Provide administrative support for cross-functional initiatives and commercial projects.
Collaboration
Act as a key point of coordination between commercial teams and support functions.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
Contribute to maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.
Profile
Experience
Previous experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, Business Support, Office Administration, or a similar coordination role.
Experience working in a fast-paced commercial or operational environment.
Familiarity with administrative processes and document management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience using administrative or business management systems is an advantage.
